Three Pillars of Fitness Personal Training, is based in Brighton.

My number one priority when working with you is to empower you to a healthier, happier future. I do this by coaching under a Three Pillar model:

i) Exercise
ii) Diet
iii) Mindset

It was these Three Pillars that helped me (Andy Payne -Director) to lose 8.5 stones and keep it off for 15 years.

I love working with my clients across Sussex, to create life-changing results. I do this using a combination of 1-2-1 fitness coaching (often delivered in the client's home) or at Peacehaven Golf Club gym. I also use a smartphone app which ensures my clients can contact me at any time for inspiration and motivation.

As well as working 1-2-1 with my clients, I deliver 8 small group fitness classes including Boxercise™, Trigger Point Pilates™ and Move it or Lose it™ -chair-based fitness.

A sense of fun is always at the heart of what we do- sessions always include a game!

The first stage of working with me is to meet and discuss your personal needs, this is usually done over a coffee and includes a written set of recommendations.
