Our guest speaker at breakfast on Tuesday 16th April was Andy Payne. Andy is a relatively new member of Peacehaven Chamber and regularly attends the Breakfast Meetings. Andy’s one minute talk is always full of interesting facts and results from his business.

Summary of Talk

Andy runs Three Pillars of Fitness Personal Training based, in Woodingdean. His business takes a unique, holistic approach to creating healthy and happy lifestyles using the Three Pillar framework. EXERCISE, DIET and MINDSET.

The pillars were created following Andy’s own very personal experience of lifestyle reinvention. Following a short presentation about his values and passion for making a difference Andy delivered a series of stretches which can be done from the comfort of your office chair to alleviate stress and improve posture.
